With any service we provide, the support required is as important as the service itself. Here is how we handle the support in order to reduce impact of problems occured.
We constantly monitor our services for problems. Once we are aware of any issues, we use our notification channels to broadcast the isssue, the impact it has and an update as to what is being done to resolve with any ETA if possible.
If any problem is brought to our attention beyond the scope of our monitoring, its usually an isolated problem. We then have the issue logged in our ticketing system and plan the steps to troubleshoot and resolve.
Once we have provided some troubleshooting steps to narrow down the issue and isolate, we then plan either a remote session to resolve or schedule a callout to rectify if any remote session cannot achieve this.
