This is not a Fibre notice, but we are receiving multiple complaints that internet is down. Please note that we are aware of the WHATSAPP service that is down only. This is not as a result of our service to you. We expect there to be some more public information once these details are released.
We are aware of some users losing connectivity on their Fibre accounts. Affected users should be redirected to fibre.internet.co.za or can enter the URL in the address bar of the browser to authenticate with their Fibre username again. Our engineers are currently investigating. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Reported loss of connectivity and activation required in Sea Point area. Octotel are currently investigating.
Octotel are experiencing activation issues between themselves and our clients. If you are affected, please log a fault via support@pro2col.co.za or by visiting our website - We can then update and inform you personally when the activation fault is resolved as well as provide you with your activation username if you dont have this on record.

UPDATE: Powering off your Octotel ONT and the router for 2 minutes, then back on should now resolve your connection.
