We would like to inform our customers that Openserve fibre pricing will be adjusted effective 1 April 2026.
Openserve, as the underlying fibre network provider, has implemented wholesale pricing changes across selected fibre services. As a result, updated pricing will apply to Openserve-based services from this date.
We understand that pricing adjustments are never ideal. Please be assured that we continue to assess all vendor increases carefully to ensure we maintain competitive pricing while delivering the reliability, support, and connectivity our customers depend on.
Customers directly affected by these changes will receive communication reflecting the adjustments in their latest monthly invoice.
