NEED REMOTE SUPPORT?

Create a ticket by emailing support@pro2col.co.za with a full description of your request. Alternatively if you don't have access to email, you can create a ticket by clicking the red SUPPORT button below and to the right.

Download Teamviewer or Anydesk from the right, then open and leave running until our support session is complete. Do not use the keyboard and mouse during our remote session. (We cannot access your machine without your approval).

Submit your Teamviewer ID / PASSWORD or your AnyDesk ADDRESS in reply to the support ticket created or via Whatsapp for Business and we will initiate a remote session for your acceptance.

Note that all remote support work is billable. If you need more information regarding the billing, please enquire via your ticket first!

  • Turn left onto Park Lane (74m)
  • Turn first left into The Quays

  • At the roundabout, take 2nd exit onto Century Ave (700m)
  • Continue to follow Century Ave
  • Go through 2 roundabouts
  • At the next roundabout, take 2nd exit onto Century Pl Blvd (800m)

  • At the roundabout, take 1st exit onto Century Way (120m)
  • Turn left onto Park Lane (74m)
  • Turn first left into The Quays

  • Head northwest on Sable Rd toward Ratanga Rd (750m)
  • Continue onto Ratanga Road after turn in road (350m)
  • Head southeast on Century Pl Blvd (93m)
  • At the roundabout, take 1st exit onto Century Way (600m)
  • SMG will be visible on your left
  • Go through 1 roundabout
  • At the next roundabout, take 1st exit remaining on Century Pl Blvd (400m)
  • Turn right onto Park Lane (74m)
  • Turn first left into The Quays

  • Head north on Century City Dr toward Century Pl Blvd(180m)
  • Turn right onto Century Pl Blvd (1.7km)
  • Go through 3 roundabouts
