Tenda F9 – DHCP to PPPOE

The following steps will guide you through in changing your Tenda F9 router from DHCP to PPPoE. They are based on default settings of the router with IP address not having changed during setup.

  • Open your preferred Internet Browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc.) and enter the router’s default IP address (192.168.0.1) or access url: http://tendawifi.com

  • If prompted for a password on a login page, enter the password you had opted for when configuring the router the first time.
    (the default password is admin)
  • You will be directed to the router’s Status page.
  • Click on Internet Settings.
  • On the Internet Settings page, select PPPoE and enter the Username and Password provided to you.
  • Once entered, click on OK to apply the changed settings.
